Throughout his career, he has led land acquisitions, investment structuring, project planning, and commercial negotiations across multiple development opportunities. His ability to identify emerging growth corridors and create scalable business ventures has contributed significantly to the organization's evolution.
Among the notable developments associated with his leadership is Embark Plaza, a commercial project that reflects his commitment to quality, strategic positioning, and long-term value creation.
Before expanding into real estate and infrastructure, he built a successful foundation in manufacturing through PVC compounds and cable wire businesses. This experience strengthened his expertise in operations, financial management, and business scalability.
Looking ahead, his vision is centered on developing a diversified real estate ecosystem encompassing affordable housing, commercial malls, mixed-use developments, IT & ITES infrastructure, residential townships, industrial plotting, and future-ready infrastructure projects.
